- Leading, motivating, and coaching a sales team to achieve targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and acquiring new customers.
- Developing sales forecasts and budgets, and monitoring performance against targets.
- Continuously refining sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Negotiating sales contracts and ensuring profitable deals.
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Sales Experience in Lift /Elevator is a plus
