- Enforcement of duties to protect and upkeep dormitory and property premises
- Ensure regulations, rules, requirements are upheld
- Respond to & resolve dormitory incidents and service reports
- Provide assistance to governmental agencies' inspection of property and dormitory services
- Perform facilities operations concerned with defects reporting
- Daily inspections are upheld such as keeping the house rules, common sharing facilities and more
- Access and traffic control for only authorized persons / vehicles
- Report on infringements of the above and resolution
- Patrol and peacekeeping within and about the premises of the factory & dormitory
Job Requirements
- Experience working in dormitories or industrial premises preferred
- Comfortable with being on the ground ensuring compliance
- Rotating shifts, late evening shift, including weekends / holidays
