Our client, a leading insurance broker in Singapore, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives by assisting with sales development and implementation.
- Liaise with insurers and submit applications.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of each application.
- Be well-versed in insurance products, services, and banks’ credit procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as organizing medical exams, logistics for new leads, preparing insurance forms, and handling policy contracts and client reimbursements.
- Handle enquiries from both internal and external customers.
- Participate in continuous training and learning programs, both internally and externally.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the banking or insurance industry.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Performance-driven and results-oriented.
