Responsibilities
- Achieve company set targets, including but not limited to sales, client experience, and operational efficiency.
- Execute sales plans and actions as assigned.
- Provide market insights and clients’ feedback
- Provide insights to clients’ interest and feedback to the company.
- Work closely with visual merchandising for displays as to attract clients’ attention.
- Build client data base by recruiting new clients.
- Provide immaculate client experience, and coach the team of the same.
- Provide after sales service, answering client queries, ensuring proper follow ups and issues are properly addressed and closed.
- Ensure the back of house is well maintained, stocks are properly stored, and other non-merchandise is adequately stocked.
- Responsible for regular stock takes and stock level accuracy
- Lead the team with engagement and empowerment, guiding the team through by example; ensure the team is well equipped with skill sets required for sales, client services and operations.
- Manage the team’s performance by providing feedback on regular basis and take appropriate actions when improvements required
Requirements
- 3+ years or above related experience in retail/luxury retail
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Pleasant, outspoken, enjoy client serving with good sense of fashion
- Presentable, organized, Energetic, result-focused and able to lead a team of sales staff
- Possesses client developing and retention skill sets
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
