YLL Offshore Services Pte Ltd provides quality crewing services to the global oil and gas industry. The company manages a highly experienced team of crewing executives that operate internationally providing crew to Industry leading clientele.
In order to keep pace with its growth and expansion, the YLL Offshore Services is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join the operations team with growth potential within the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Provide Administrational support to the Operations Manager and Operations executives• Assist in manning activities for the crewing requirement for offshore vessels.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all crew-related documents.
• Manage applications of crew certificates and pay related activities.
• Manage crew certificates. Eg. Medical & Training Certificates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with finance departments to fulfill crewing needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of crew movements and documentation.
• Liaise with external agencies as necessary.
• Assist in any other matters related to crewing.
We are looking for Young Professionals
• No Prior experience is required (though prior experience will have priority);
• Applicants in HR or crewing will have an added advantage.
• prior experience in administrational based work is highly advantageous.
• Speaks fluent English (Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work both independently as well as in a team.
