Job Description:
- Oversee the entire tendering process for ACMV projects, including preparation, submission, and follow-up on tenders.
- Review tender documents and requirements, ensuring all technical and financial aspects are met.
- Administer tender platforms such as Sesami and GeBIZ for submission of bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary project details, cost estimates, and timelines for accurate tender submissions.
- Conduct risk assessments on tender proposals to ensure they align with company objectives and cost constraints.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to obtain relevant quotations and negotiate competitive terms.
- Track tender status and provide regular updates to management on progress and potential opportunities.
