JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Offer the best in class customer service, manage the sales team member to ensure the team's objectives and sales goal are met
- Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
- Build and manage daily budget for Sales team based upon Yearly Sales Budget agreed with HQ Japan
- Issue the Preliminary reports and control Productivity, Hours worked at capita, Rate of remaining goods, and Production loss management
- Create Inventory list at month end and maintain Work Schedule Record system data accurately
- Maintain the smooth operation of stores through cooperation with other department
- Set-up a milestone to improve hygiene management and keep the outlet always clean and tidy
- Do PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) with Store Manager on a quarterly basis to further confirm and improve progress
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 to 6 days work per week
- Minimally 1 day off a week, 6 days off per month excluding public holidays
- 8 hours work per day, 1-hour break time
- Able to work on weekends (Preferred)
- Experienced as F&B Manager at least 2 years +
- Hygiene certificate would be an advantage
