The Role
We are expanding our Singapore office and are seeking a talented 3D Architectural Designer to support our growing portfolio of diverse and challenging projects. The successful candidate will bring an eye for detail and a passion for visualizing innovative architectural solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations to support design concepts and project presentations.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate architectural ideas into compelling 3D images.
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials for clients and internal teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and tools related to 3D modeling and rendering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as 3DS Max, V-Ray, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Skilled in rendering software and visualization tools, including Photoshop and Sketchup.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, space, and form.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a 3D architectural design role, preferably within a design or architectural firm.
