Job Responsibilities
1. Providing legal support and advice on the varied and complex legal and regulatory requirements, and taking in charge of important lawsuit, arbitration.
2. Being the key legal contact for, and providing strategic advice and guidance to, various functional groups and plant on regulatory legal matters across China.
3. Assist to establish the company's export compliance system; develop and implement export compliance processes, policies and procedures to ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in a variety of jurisdiction, including China, US, Japan, Europe etc.
4. Maintaining update-to-date knowledge and expertise in China and providing updates on legislation developments to both legal and business colleagues.
5. Being involved in training various functional groups and plant on regulatory compliance.
Qualification
1. Law degree, obtained with excellent results and have a China National Bar certificate.
2. Expressing yourself fluently in Mandarin and English (both written and orally).
3. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in regulatory legal work in the related industry.
4. Self-motivated, hard-working, detailed-minded, team player.
5. LLB degree gained from reputable law school, LLM or JD background is preferred.
