Roles & Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Sales Strategy
- Spearhead sales activities across Central Asia and South Asia for the MOII group portfolio of exquisite jewellery products.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from initial negotiations to contract signing and ensure timely delivery while securing full payment.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Drive sales to meet or exceed established targets in volume and profit margins by nurturing existing client relationships and cultivating new customer connections.
- Collaborate closely with internal support teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
3. Market Insights & Development
- Conduct bi-annual visits to each assigned market to engage with customers, promote new product lines, and provide updates to management on market trends and potential business opportunities.
4. Feedback Management
- Address customer feedback regarding product supply and promptly implement corrective measures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Must Have Extensive Experience:
1. Industry Expertise
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years focusing on international sales.
- Proven track record in selling a diverse range of jewellery products, catering to various market segments including retail, wholesale, and distributors.
2. Distributor Management
- Experience in managing overseas distributors and agents, including setting sales targets, providing product training, and tracking new business opportunities.
3. Customer-Centric Approach
- Ability to identify and understand the intrinsic needs of customers, offering bespoke jewellery recommendations that align with their brand vision and market trends.
4. Collaboration & Innovation
- Work in close partnership with design and R&D teams to stay ahead of jewellery trends and suggest innovative product types tailored to customer preferences.
Other Requirements:
1. Educational Background
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a recognized university, with a strong preference for candidates with additional qualifications in design or fine arts.
2. Communication Skills
- Proficient in delivering compelling presentations via PowerPoint to both customers and senior management, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and engagingly(need Chinese and English)
3. Travel Flexibility
- Willingness to travel approximately 2 weeks every 6-8 weeks for market visits and client engagement.
