Job Description
1. Manage and service the existing non-borrowing corporate portfolio as allocated and assigned.
2. Retain and grow effective customers and corporate deposits base from existing portfolio as well as soliciting fresh fund from New-to-Bank corporate customers.
3. Attend to walk-in corporate customers' enquiries and opening of new corporate accounts.
4.Conduct necessary KYC checks on New-to-Bank corporate and periodic KYC reviews on existing customers.
5.Explore possibility of developing non-borrowing customers into borrowing relationship when the requirement arises.
6. Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s various products and services.
7. Handle Corporate Customer Service Request and complaint management.
8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Degree in Business, Finance Studies and/or related fields.
2. Outgoing and comfortable in meeting new/existing clients.
3. Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task.
4. Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
5. Able to communicate both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and HQ.
