Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes by drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Support the management of employee benefits to ensure staff satisfaction and compliance.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment strategies and overall HR practices.
- Work pass management: Application and renewal of work passes.
- Rollout and coordination of development programmes.
- Management of HRIS.
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Perform Adhoc office administrative duties.
- Assist with office operations and vendor management to ensure smooth administrative processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Recent graduates with a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for a commitment of 4 to 6 months is preferred.
