Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales action plans and strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with business partners to explore and secure new business opportunities.
- Actively seek out and engage potential clients, while continuously monitoring and enhancing current business channels.
- Lead and oversee new projects from inception to successful completion, including seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for clients, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets to drive profitability.
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies for E-commerce platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with E-commerce platform partners and develop a content calendar for marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about current trends and demands within the FMCG sector.
- Consolidate statistical data, manage databases, and prepare insightful reports.
- Efficiently manage relationships with internal and external business partners, and build strong connections with customers and distributors.
- Handle negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, customer specifications, and promotional strategies.
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certification in Business and Sales related field
- Minimum 3 years of Sales and Business development experience in FMCG or F&B field
- Independent, excellent communication skills, confident
- Entrepreneurial, result-driven, adaptable
- Good organizational and analytical skills
