The Role We are expanding our Singapore Office and seeking a seasoned Senior Designer to play a pivotal role in our diverse and challenging projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept to schematic stages, design development, and construction documentation.
- Engage in active client liaison and coordination with various consultants.
- Contribute to business development and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max / Vray, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with global offices.
- Creative mindset with a strong design sense and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architecture.
