What You'll Do:
• To ensure our Shipping and Operations organisational SharePoint is well maintained and organised
• To define/re-design current trade operations processes (using PowerPoint) with weekly presentation(s) to management
• To create customs documentation and trade documentation checklists (using Excel) with weekly presentation(s) to management
• To analyse trade agreements with GTnC from counterparties and report on any commercial risks
• To analyse shipping documentations and initiate demurrage notifications/counters with counterparties
• Any ad hoc assignments
