Duties
- Develop and write clear, persuasive copy for various mediums, including website content, ux writing, articles, announcements, social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Digest and translate technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content suitable for non-technical audiences, including user manuals and product descriptions.
- Revise, edit, and proofread content rigorously before final publication.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm stories and understand project objectives.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s voice across all content.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all copies.
- Optimise content for SEO to maximise the copy’s reach and impact.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
The Must-Haves We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a related field..
- At least 2 years of experience as a Copywriter or related role.
- Strong portfolio of written and digital content.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with a diligent eye for detail, flow, and grammar.
- Strong research skills and the ability to grasp complex topics quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with content management systems.
Bonus Points If You Possess:
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques.
- Technical writing experience.
