SG Pricing Manager and ASEAN Business Analyst

SG Pricing Role – 50%

· Pricing: Responsible to execute the ASEAN pricing strategy for Singapore REPL and Exp B Markets primary, but not limit to others market support beyond SG on requirement basis that including the setting of relevant competitive benchmarks, portfolio pricing strategy etc. for Consumer and Commercial Replacement. Lead the process of setting both strategic and transactional pricing. Provide clarity on price positioning to support business decision making.

· Pricing: To provide pricing and margin analysis SKUs for business decision. Lead, influence and monitor the tactical pricing decisions incl promotions and discounts in the countries and evaluate the effectiveness of the GTN spend. Competitive pricing actions/movement tracking across all key segments using GfK (where available) on monthly/quarterly basis.


ASEAN Business Analyst – 50%

· Develop, formalized & drive efficient sales operation KPIs & sales forecasting reporting process for ASEAN and implement across all key countries. Works closely with Sales management to drive standardization of business tools/analytics and insight to meet company targets (i.e revenue potential/product strategy/ margin maximization /channel growth & etc)

· Dive deep into data analysis to unearth strategic insights that inform our sales direction

· Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the yearly sales’ plan and target

· Ensure optimal usage and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems, wih a keen eye on performance metrics.

· Build strong ties across functions, uniting marketing, finance, supply chain, etc., for organizatine-wide synergy in achieving business goals.


SG Business - Sell in price management (i.e Pricing Tool & Price Setting/Strategy)

1. Manage process for setting sell in prices in consultation (Including template preparation, grant approval, system price update & proper documentation for audit trail) with Country Business Lead.

2. Periodic review of the sell in prices to achieve consistent and optimum prices in the market place in order to achieve SKU wise gross margins and SKU wise sell in prices that reflect product and size positioning

Periodic assess SI/ST/SO price ensuring price strategy/channel margin are within strategy and support ASEAN Pricing initiatives & objectives.


SG Business - Tactical price management

1. Responsible to review Sales pricing proposal request ensuring fits within pricing strategy and margin guidelines and appropriate approvals are gathered.

2. Price/margin analysis and evaluation

3. Monthly tracking of GTN spend and evaluate of programs effectiveness


SG Business - Competitor price track

1. Lead the setting of price benchmarks with the relevant competitor brands and patterns by SKU in order to ensure that the pricing benchmark is consistent vis a vis idetified competitors & aligement with Pricing Tools regularly.

2. Establish and regularly update competitor price benchmarks in key markets which are communicated by Sales


ASEAN Cluster - Sales Performance /Analytics and Forecasting

1. Develop tools to monitoring ASEAN daily sales performance & KPIs (i.e revenue generation, margin, sales performance and sales productivity; by region, by product, by market segment, etc)

2. Manages S&OP thru coordinating closely with other functions and internal stakeholders to drive forecast accuracy and predictability against plan targets on monthly basis.

3. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Drive Perfect Store and execution


ASEAN Cluster - Analyze channel sell through & performance

1. Conduct analysis using internal and external data to derive insights that will drive business decisions.

2. Responsible for driving business analytics and management reporting relative to the annual AOP process and regular reviews, monthly operations reveiw, sales report, historical sales summary.

Presents data analysis to leadership team that supports recommendations that will achieve the sales business goals.



· At least 5 years in managerial position with increasing responsibility

· 10+ years of combined experience in business/operation/ trade marketing and sales experience.

· Must be strategic and comfortable with data to translate business insight.

· Ability to work well in groups, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and multi-task.

· Ability to work independently.

Experience in consumer products and/or B2B environments, preferably MNCs

· Solid knowledge on business management, financial acumen, business processes and operation.

· Good presentation and interpersonal skills

· Strong on excel application, analytical and strategic sales planning skills

· Ability to work under-pressure and in a multi-tasking condition with limited resources

· High work ethics and motivation to deliver the task

· Knowledge of pricing methods and practices (add advantage)

Knowledge of IT/database construction and maintenance
