We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partnerships Executive to join the BrightSparks team. As Singapore’s #1 Scholarship & Higher Education Portal, BrightSparks connects students with scholarship opportunities and higher education pathways. The Partnerships Executive will play a critical role in managing school relationships, handling activations, and driving engagement with educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building strategic relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • School Engagement & Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Activation & Event Coordination:

Plan, execute, and oversee school-based activations, events, and presentations to increase awareness of BrightSparks’ offerings and drive student engagement.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) and external stakeholders (school representatives, student unions) to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and events.

  • Partnership Development:

Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with schools, companies, and organizations to promote BrightSparks’ scholarship programs and higher education listings.

  • Marketing & Promotion Support:

Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials for school activations and partnership events. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility within schools.

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Monitor the success of school activations and partnerships, preparing regular reports on engagement levels and partnership outcomes.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, and/or event management preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed in their academic journey
