Responsibilities:
- Prepare full sets of accounts for internal accounting function
- Prepare Variance Analysis, Accrual & Journal
- Support in preparing weekly / monthly reports quarterly, and Year-end closing of account
- Assist in preparation of financial reports
- Review of billings, payment & staff claim prepared by employees
- Assist in GST Filing and Tax submission
- Provide timely support in budget and forecast
- Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements
- Inter Company reconciliation
- In charge of Inventory review/Stock count
- Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve company financial performances
- Ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform periodic review on the controls, working closely with other functional departments in the process of improving controls
- Other adhoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree qualified in accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS office skills especially on Microsoft Excel
- Organised and meticulous
- Experience in using accounting software
- Ability to work independently with strong accountability
