- Offer quality support for incoming inquiries.
- Help clients with login and portal issues.
- Work with departments to resolve client issues.
- Own client issues until they’re resolved.
- Contact clients to assist or clarify requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior call centre working experience will be an advantage.
