To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Human Resources Department.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
· Administer on-boarding and off- boarding processes of new hires and leavers.
· Manage the employee life-cycle including employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, reference checks as well as Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
· Input new hires data and update employee movements into HRIS.
· Prepare weekly headcount reports.
· Process monthly payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
· Verify employees’ claims, overtime records that they are correctly authorised.
· Prepare monthly payroll advice and e-claims report during payroll period.
· Verify employees’ overtime records and claims.
· Report & submit Work Injury Compensation claims.
· Assist in completing MOM and other government surveys.
· Prepare monthly payroll advice & e-claims report during payroll period.
· Process work pass renewals and cancellation of work pass.
· Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management
Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
· Must have payroll processing experience with Timesoft HRIS
· Exposure to HR operations and experience in hospitality industry would be an advantage
· Able to start within short notice
