Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handle full cycle of recruitment and selection process including job postings, co-ordinating interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation
· Familiar with recruitment channels and to work with various authorities or agencies to organise, participate and attend recruitment roadshows and career fairs
· Handle all work pass related matters: application, issuance, renewal and cancellation
· Work closely with Management team to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates.
· Assist to oversee all HR related matters within the company and attend to any HR related queries
· Update and maintain employees’ personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
· Administer training matters, such as coordinating internal and external courses, updating and maintaining training records
· Ensure compliance to statutory requirements at all time
· Take on any other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
· A minimum of Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
· Candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant work experience
· Prior work experience in cleaning industry preferred
· Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act / Income tax
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
· Meticulous, resourceful and ability to multi-task
· Possess good organizational capabilities, with an eye for details.
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
· A team player, highly self-motivated and energetic
