JOB DESCRIPTION
The Risk Technology team is looking to hire candidate with strong background in Computer Science and Mathematics. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience working as a developer in a fast-paced environment. The candidate would work to architect and develop robust, low-latency, scalable solutions and help the team support the Risk business.
Responsibilities:
Develop scalable / high performance solutions for low-latency Risk calculations
Work as a part of a team of strong developers
Support Risk Systems and be a part of End of Day support cycle
Implement Best Practices and ensure a robust Risk Tech Framework
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
2+ years of relevant work experience
Proficient in JAVA/Microservices
Experience working with SQL
Exposure to Python/Pandas
Strong analytical and problem skills
Self-Motivated, passionate, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements:
Master’s degree
Strong mathematical skills, with interest and exposure to quantitative finance
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Multi-threading, Client-Server and Distributed computing
Experience with AWS/Cloud Technologies/Kubernetes/REDIS caching frameworks
Exposure to AI/ML
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture
