Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and bring in more sales.
- Source for new clients to boost yearly sales target.
- Attend to clients’ request and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely servicing.
- Preparation of quotations and tenders.
- Follow up PO/WO with clients.
- Follow up payments closely with clients.
- Checking monthly attendance sheet for vacuum tanker drivers/crews.
- Tabulate trip incentives for vacuum tanker drivers.
- Site co-ordination with clients in a professional attitude.
- Arranging daily trip schedules for vacuum tanker drivers.
- Other simple paperwork like verification of suppliers' tax invoices, team's petty cash claims and etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Construction sector.
- Possessing your own car with Class 3 license is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with a team and be independent too.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with different nationalities.
- Highly driven and willingness to meet multiple clients daily.
- Ability to handle stress well.
- Ability to solve any work obstacles with a positive attitude.
