Key Responsibilities
You have the ownership and responsibility of driving assigned Corporate/Key Client’s performances.
· Maintain client relationship via regular contact
· Dedicated focal point for clients on escalation and business
· Attending to clients’ request and explore business opportunities to achieve commitment set.
· Participate and quote tenders (whenever necessary)
· Prepare management reports & clients performance reports/presentation
· Monitoring client’s MQC via PBI dashboard
· Prepare presentation for all trade during QBR/Meetings
· Promoting / Cross selling of MSC Services
Candidate Requirement
· At least degree holder
· At least 1 year experience in Key client relationship management with experience (Preferred)
· Able to work independently with initiative and strong ownership of tasks
· Strong focus on Customer Experience
· Skillful in using MS office – Excel & PowerPoint
· A strong communicator
· Believer in teamwork
