Job Description
• Handling office general administrative duties, including but not limited to manage of office assets, stationaries, etc.
• HR related matters
• Provide administrative support to the departments, eg. Schedule meetings, Set-up of meeting rooms, etc.
• Office and lab document management, including but not limited to tracking of government agencies licenses, tracking of service maintenances for office and lab equipment, etc.
• Procurement of lab and office consumables/equipment.
• Other duties assigned by departmental manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor in business/admin mangement.
- HR related experience is preferred.
- Experience in office administrative mangement.
- Good communication, written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on a diverse team.
- Singapore PR/ Singapore Citizen
