• Offer tailored needs assessments with personalized and emotional engagement through product/service presentation.
• Deliver embracing customer consultation with the tailored sales process, focusing on explaining and guiding the vehicle configuration, financial consultation, and purchase journey.
• Behave as a subject matter expert for the brand, history, products, services, and technologies while collaborating with other job roles to achieve company sales and satisfaction targets.
• Optimize the sales funnel and consistently update all customer data in our CRM to ensure all active digital and physical engagements are aligned across the team.
• Be in control of the well-being and hospitality of all Experience Centre visitors and include the emotional elements to create brand excitement and build trust within the Customer Centric team.
• Perform assignment allocation with guidance and supervision of the experts in the customer-centric retail team.
• Implement a task monitoring mechanism that allows immediate follow-up on all outstanding matters promptly with the team.
• Deliver performance monitoring and reporting for management.
