The company is a leading independent tax specialist consulting firm with entities in Singapore and Hong Kong, with more than 20 years experience in the industry providing top-notch accounting and consulting services to their international clients. They are now looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team of professionals.
Fresh grads from Accountancy are welcome to apply, training will be provided!
Work location: CBD (near Lau Pa Sat)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- To be the main liaison personnel between the client and Company
- Lead the team to ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing) required by clients
- Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements) provided by clients and accounting entries posted by client/associate
- Review of the financial information/management accounts prepared by associate and to submit for senior consultant/BO manager's review
- Ensure that clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
- To assist the BO manager with the monitoring of the Company's accounts receivables
- Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement
Requirements:
- Education qualification in Accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
- Internship/work experience with 3rd party outsourcing company will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
