We are looking for vibrant and dynamic dining service attendants for a prestigious Dutch patisserie and chocolatier brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly Welcome Guests: Greet guests with a smile and guide them to their tables or the take-away counter.
- Direct Seating & Assistance: Assist in seating guests and providing clear directions for take-away services.
- Dining Area Upkeep: Ensure the dining areas are clean and tidy, including setting up tables for incoming guests.
- Order Taking & Recommendations: Take orders with precision and suggest menu items that guests might love.
- Serving Food & Desserts: Deliver dishes and desserts to tables, ensuring timely and pleasant service.
- Dishwashing & Clean-Up: Assist with dishwashing duties and help maintain a spotless kitchen and dining space.
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year in the F&B industry or a related hospitality/service role.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
- Customer Service: Confident and personable, with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and adapt to various tasks as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
- Time Management: Efficient and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
