Skilled Oracle SaaS HCM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle SaaS HCM applications and will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of Oracle HCM modules. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the system meets business needs and is aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle SaaS HCM implementations.
- Solution Design: Design and document Oracle HCM solutions that align with business processes, ensuring the best use of system functionality.
- Configuration: Configure Oracle SaaS HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, and others based on business requirements.
- Testing: Develop and execute test cases to ensure that the Oracle HCM solution meets business requirements and is functioning correctly.
- User Training: Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the Oracle SaaS HCM system.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle SaaS HCM modules, addressing any issues that arise post-implementation.
- Project Management: Assist in managing the project timeline, deliverables, and resources for Oracle HCM-related initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the use of Oracle SaaS HCM.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle SaaS HCM.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation).
- Experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions for complex business processes.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Oracle SaaS HCM and related technologies.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are preferred.
