About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Workday Consultant specializing in Workday Benefits to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with project to gather requirements, analyse, and implement technology-driven business changes aligned with their strategy and goals. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful configurations and designs within the Workday platform, with a focus on Benefits, Core Integrations, and other related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work directly with projects on Change Requests (CR), gathering and analysing business requirements to design and implement technology best practices.
· Apply Workday and project methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business goals.
· Conduct or support working sessions with project to understand and analyse business requirements for effective process and functional designs.
· Develop and demonstrate design options and functionality using prototyping techniques.
· Stay updated on new Workday innovations and applications to apply them effectively for project solutions.
· Configure and design solutions within Workday, demonstrating and validating them with project.
· Contribute to the design of integrations between Workday and other systems, particularly Workday Core Integrations.
· Support testing activities, troubleshoot errors, and ensure smooth deployment.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in Workday Benefits, Business Process Framework, Foundation Data Model, and Core Integrations at an advanced level.
· Strong understanding of business process design and scenario mapping within the Workday ecosystem.
· Ability to conduct client sessions to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Hands-on experience in configuring Workday and demonstrating design prototypes.
· Familiarity with Workday’s latest innovations and updates.
· Excellent communication and client management skills.
