Job Description:
- Manage the overall workflow and performance of the accounting team
- Review and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely filing of taxes, regulatory submissions, and financial statements
- Act as a key point of contact for client communications, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high performance and growth
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent and/ or 'CPA Singapore' preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Lead a team of 6-7 Accounts Executive and Senior Account Executive
- Must be from outsourcing firm
