Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment.
- Provide detailed information about the school courses.
- Coordinate student assessment with prospective students and families.
- Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and update the admissions database regularly.
- Work with the team to develop and implement students’ recruitment strategies.
- Attend school events to build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in marketing strategy and implementation.
- Other responsibilities may include:
- Website management and Social Media management
- Student invoicing and contracts management
- Artwork design and events preparation management
