- Overall in charge for daily production.
- Maintain the elevation chart for production.
- Update the production in the elevation chart. Update inventory controllers with the production.
- Assist to prepare the production schedule and delivery schedule with production engineer for the next day.
- Maintain the latest approved shop drawings, for production. And escalate the issues with any type of discrepancies found, such as wrong interpretation in drawing, wrong modification in the moulds, wrong cast components, wrong delivered, defects, etc.
- Bring up any obstruction/irrespective follow up of production schedule to the engineer immediately.
- Prepare the pre pore inspection check lists and follow up inspection with engineer/RTO.
- Check, maintain, monitor and ensure the moulds status and quality since the arrival to the end of project.
- Check the materials availability for upcoming production.
- Make the MRF for store materials and concrete, receiving the materials and arrange for storage.
- Maintain all records of materials in and out as well as issuance to the sub-con.
- Maintain the file of DOs attached to the MRF for each material.
- Arrange machineries and logistics and liaise with all relevant personal regarding the production and delivery matters.
- Manage the storage areas according the stock and status of the projects.
- Ensure the quality of the components during casting & during storage.
- Report to the engineer and lead the entire production team.
