We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to expand our business!
Overall Job Objectives
Responsible to open new accounts and servicing existing customers in the Food Services market segment.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling all sales inquiries from potential and existing customers courteously and professionally.
- Visit potential customers to introduce services and products provided by the Company.
- Convert potential customers and leads into new accounts.
- Prepare Quotations and Agreements for the opening of new customer accounts.
- Attend to customers’ requests for new products and services.
- Attend to complaints by Customers as necessary.
- Attend to issues pertaining to the quality of goods and services.
- Lead discussions and decisions on price updates and pricing strategy.
- Participate in stock forecasts as necessary.
- Evaluate analysis of customer inquiries, purchases, service requests, complaints, and trends and recommend necessary action plans.
- Ensure that all records are filed and maintained in accordance with company procedure.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
Job Specifications
- Own vehicle preferred
- Has proven track record and good customer base
- GCE “O” level certificate, equivalent or higher.
- More than 2-3 years of Sales experience in Food Services, with good presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
- Good product knowledge and market trend.
- Good communication, presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Business acumen.
Additional Info:
- Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan)
- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am – 2pm
- Salary: $3,000 to $5,000
