Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the sales and marketing initiatives for training courses and services, focusing on identifying new market opportunities and expanding client base.
- Recommending innovative business strategies to management, developing comprehensive sales plans, and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote training solutions.
- Accountable for building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored training services to meet customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine offerings and improve sales performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives and growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in similar field
- Experience in coordination with WSHC, MOM, LSP, WSQ, SSG, etc is a plus
