- Checking of teachers’ lesson plans and evaluations on a weekly basis, termly checks of all students’ files, activity sheets and workbooks as well as conducting annual lesson observations of teachers.
- Vetting of newsletters, memos and e-portfolios of teachers.
- Planning the roadmap of staff according to ECDA skills framework
- Conducting appraisal of staff three times a year
