Roles and responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Delivery:
o Design and deliver solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Fenergo's SaaS product offering.
o Recommend the best solution based on given requirements.
o Articulate trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another - ensuring that the chosen solution can is sustainable.
o Deliver on time.
o Highlight technical decisions impact and risk on business operations.
2. Holistic Approach:
o Bring together technology, people, and processes using governance.
o Utilize expert communication and listening skills to ensure solutions meet business needs.
3. Big Picture Thinking:
o Be a big picture thinker while also possessing in-depth problem-solving skills. (Think strategically, execute tactically)

6. Problem Resolution:
o Serve as the technical escalation point for any technical issues on the path to a production go live.
o Leverage experience as a highly experienced problem solver within the Fenergo ecosystem.
