- The Architect will be responsible for leading project teams,managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- The Architect will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and to develop designs that meet their needs.

Requirement:
- Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects.
- Have experience in high-rise HDB and private condominiums and/or healthcare/ institutional, hospitality and/or mixed-use commercial developments.
- Good knowledge of building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.
- To be a Team Leader and take responsibility in managing projects independently to achieve project goals, targets, and milestone dates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good working attitude, proactive & conscientious.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM software (Revit) and Sketchup.
