- Able to do partial accounts with payroll and HR duties
- Handles admin and operations tasks
- Timely and accurate reporting in invoicing, aging and statement of accounts
- Carry out cash flow, bank recon to ensure accuracy of accounts
- Possess IT skills and experience in accounts software Xero
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Willing to learn with a positive attitude
- Able to start work immediately
- Open to working in an SME environment
- We are a property and dormitory management company
- We work 5 days work week with alternate Saturdays ( half day )
