We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead specializing in Business Automation Workflow (BAW) to join our team. Experience: 16+ Years. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in:
• ECM & J2EE. Designing, developing, modernizing, migrating and upgrading enterprise applications IBM ECM and J2EE
• Document, case and workflow management using IBM FileNet, ICN,ICM, BAW and BPM products
• Designing the solutions and executing the implementations on IBM CloudPak for Business Automation
• Designing the ICN and BAW widgets customizations
• Modernizing legacy ECM applications, documents and applications migration.
• Assessing the product level features and portion of customization for the requirements and providing optimum solution.
• SOAP and RESTful web services designing and development.
• Designing and developing secured application.
• Sizing the servers for IBM ECM products.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues at application level, environment level.
• Can be able to research and provide quick results on challenging technical requirements.
• Reviewing the code, maintaining applications stability and security.
• Domain knowledge on BSFI
