Clinic Marketing & Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Clinic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team at PreciX. This role will be pivotal in driving clinic business growth through targeted marketing and sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital platforms, designing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and cultivating a strong network to identify and secure new business opportunities. They will also work closely with the Business Development Executive to support sales efforts, track sales performance, and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Design, implement, and manage marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email marketing, and website.
- Create and manage social media content, campaigns, and analytics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee website design, content management, and SEO to optimize online presence.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, and track their effectiveness using performance metrics.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans tailored to clinic services and target demographics.
- Prepare marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between clinic objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Customize marketing plans for new customers to meet specific needs and support business growth.
- Business Development & Sales Support
- Work closely with the Business Development Executive to maintain, update, and monitor sales calls, pipelines, and sales records.
- Understand the commercial terms of contracts and provide marketing and sales support to close new business opportunities.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including identifying leads, scheduling appointments, and following up on potential opportunities.
- Support the BD team in preparing sales proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Build relationships with prospective clients to identify their needs and present relevant clinic services and solutions.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse marketing and sales data, generating reports to assess campaign success and recommend improvements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the clinic remains at the forefront of marketing and business development strategies.
Requirements:
- This position is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PR) only
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field. (Diploma holders with experience can also apply)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and website design.
- Sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical technology environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy design and execution.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to analyse data and report on marketing and sales effectiveness.
