- To follow up sales enquiries and/or walk in customers enquiring for Foreign Domestic Helper
- To carry out interviews, screening and filtering of the Foreign Domestic Helpers and keeping proper records in file.
- To carry out administrative works such as uploading of profiles onto portal to keep information up-to-date.
- To apply, cancel, or perform various MOM transactions via the e-service portal for the customers.
- Provide timely service towards customers and ensuring deadlines are being met.
- To liaise with various third party vendors to ensure all logistics arrangements for incoming or outgoing Foreign Domestic Helpers.
- To keep sales report up-to-date for month end submission.
- To follow all marketing activities implemented by the company which may includes promotions, gifts, or membership cards.
