Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations staff to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Allocate and manage resources, establish protocols and standards, schedule staff, evaluate and adjust deadlines as and when necessary.
- Update daily operating information, identify and address variances and monitor project expenses within budget.
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Resolve issues, contribute to strategic planning, and identify opportunities for improvement to meet operational standards.
- Enforce procedures and standards to maintain a healthy and safe work environment, and ensure compliance with legal regulations and codes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervise experience in Construction sector.
- Possesses own car with Class 3 license is an added advantage.
- Organize, ability to lead team and independent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
