About the Role
• The Business Analyst reports to Product Manager
• Lead the end-to-end rewards, cards, or partnership requirements analysis
• Work closely with the Business Owner/ Sponsor and Partnership team to create, manage and agree on a minimum viable product (MVP) and plan the end-to-end program requirements
• Translates business requirements into user stories or product backlog items (PBIs)
• Maintain and prioritise Product and Sprint Backlog as well as working on iteration planning
• Participate in UAT sessions as and when required for the completion of the project
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Understand Agile/Scrum best practices and principles within a cross-functional, global, multi-cultural technical team
Preferred Experiences & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end rewards, partnership processes and systems
• Have knowledge or experience:
· Implementing multiple systems/applications including frontend, middleware and back end, as well as API interfaces
· using project management and Agile tools and methodologies
• Prior experience at a fast-growing startup company is a major plus
