The primary purpose of the position is to manage department system & application and provide administrative support for Learning & Development department. In addition, the individual will design, develop, and implement a variety of organizational effectiveness classes, instructor-led and online programs and learning development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career path and consultation with function heads.
- Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to develop/create individualized and group training programs/ curriculum that address specific business needs to meet organization goals and improve performance.
- Deliver timely and effective trainings based on annual training plans and review the progress regularly.
- Organize and conduct company induction program for new hires.
- Perform training administration and maintain training records, including tracking attendance, training completion and training evaluation feedback.
- Administer training grant applications and claims in timely manner.
- Keep track of mandatory training and refresher courses
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Learning & Development or Training are a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to engage and inspire employees through effective training methods.
