Your new role
- AODocument controller
- Primary Production Maintainence Community Folder Structure Management
- Uploading & Safekeeping Sales Contract
- FEDEX & DHL Shipment Handling
- Assist Engineers/Mangers in CAPEX preparation, CAPEX budget follow up
- Raise IT or myHR tickets for issues and follow up
- Correspond with vendors and follow up
- Admin support to PP-GM, PP-Maintainence Manager, PP-Execs and PP-Carrier Gas (AMK) FM
- Maintain Team Expense record.
- Maintainence Team Office maintainence and supplies.
- Assist to follow up with vendors on inventories replenishment & new spares.
- Logistic coordination and arrangement for overseas inventory / new spare parts.
- PP Maintainence site/customer site access due date monitoring and renewal.
- Update 3rd party warehouse monthly invoice.
- Maximo support such as data entry, update, correction etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum GCE 'O'
- At lease 2 to 3years of relevant working experience
- Ability to use Google Suite
