Responsibilities
- Boosting sales revenue and profitability by achieving sales targets
- Serving Customer with professionalism
- Recommend packages according to individual needs and conditions
- Conduct professional scalp analysis; demonstrate features and benefits of company’s treatments, services and products
- Fix appointment, follow-up through reminder calls, and ensure customer visits the outlet
- Update clients records in the system
- Constantly educate customers on the necessity and benefits of company’s treatments, services and products
- Building rapports with customer and providing good customer service and needs in relation to hair scalp enquiries
- Perform basic hands-on treatments when necessary
- Complete daily sales report and povide administrative support for the outlet manager
- Collection and organization of client cards. Updating of customer’s progress in the treatment card and computer system
- Handle and manage customer feedback (complaints & queries)
- Support the outlet manager in coordinating stock ordering, repairing equipment, store maintenance etc.
- Assist in stock take as required on a rotational basis
Requirements
- Experience and competent in sales with minimum 2 year of relevant experience in the beauty industry
- Bilingual and Excellent communication skills
- 6 day work week including weekends and PH (Compulsory to work on weekends & PH)
- Sensitive to customers’ needs and pay attention to details
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
- Able to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
- Be self-motivated; high stress tolerance
- Good team player
