1 years of similar working experience for central kitchen operation OR 2 years working experience as a cook
Good knowledge on NEA, AVA and MOM requirements
Maintains product levels through purchasing, receiving and inventory control
Ability to work independently and establish and maintain working relationships with staff and co-workers
Job Scope:
Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the Central Kitchen Operation
Ensures production meets targets according to schedule and quality standards set by the Company
Work with chefs to develop new recipes, taking into consideration market demands, consumer trends, and potential costs
Maintains strict quality control and presentation of food items according to Company’s standards at all times
Ensure that food is prepared and stored in a safe and hygienic manner
Organize food production in a cost-effective manner
Ensure proper use and maintenance of Factory equipment & machineries
Ensure that cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are in accordance with relevant food standards (HACCP, ISO) and comply with SFA requirements
Manage, train, supervise a team of production workers and conduct employee performance appraisal
Control and monitor stock level of operation materials and raw ingredients.
