Vwalla is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to represent us as our Sales Support Coordinator.
- This position is to replace an internal promotion, training will be provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales enquires through online channels / email / phone / showroom walk-ins
- Create and send quotations / invoices based on salespersons' and customer’s requirements
- Monitor, track and follow up on inquiries, sales quotations and orders
- Liaising with delivery / installation team to ensure smooth and timely execution of deliverables
- Monitor, track and maintain warehouse stock levels
- Prepare samples to send out to partners / clients
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Working Hours 10am-7pm, Saturday to Wednesday
- Off on Thursday, Friday and Public Holidays
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience in sales support role will be an advantage
- Preferably can join immediately or within short notice
- Good communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Good attitude with a willingness to learn and be a team player
